In 2020 there was a Shift. A profound entry of the Real into the illusion of our reality. For so long time our timeline resonated to a reality that has happened before, many times. There is now a New Program in place, and we have the opportunity to align our minds and energy to a new future.
This can mean outer and inward change. The destiny of a new future does not vibrate to an old past. This program was written before the shift, however the power of alignment still remains. In order to move forward into our new future with the power of awareness, we need to identify and detach from memories and imagery of what our life should or should not be.
Before the shift there were probabilities. Now there is only one path home. What is important to realise is this – you are heading home, no matter what. Your higher energy has been reconnected, and you are aligned to go home. No more time loops. No more uncertainty or fear. We have the opportunity through this program to release all connections to the past that was once being upheld and reinforced by the old future.
This program is an essential part of your journey home. Consciously.
This course was created for you
The program includes 3.5 hrs of guided audio, plus an additional 1.5 hrs of practical content. There are also 4 Reflection Diaries for you to record your observations and experiences.

This is Part 1 of the program and explains what mind travel is all about. It’s not just an Introduction, it is a valuable insight into how the mind works, and how time can be viewed and experienced through your mind. There are 3 Steps, and each step has 9 questions to prepare you for your journey.

This is the 1st of 3 Personal Assessment Questionnaires. In this exercise you will be answering questions that will give you insight into how you view yourself.
These answers will help you throughout this program in making choices and decisions about how you see yourself, and how you view your new future. This should take you around 30 mins. However, depending upon your answers it may vary.
These questions in this personal assessment will help you define your self-identity. Take your time… write or type in a journal, notebook or recording device… relax…
- Briefly describe yourself.
- What do you like the most about yourself?
- What do you believe needs to change about yourself?
- What do you admire most in others?
- What do you dislike most in others?
- What have you done in your life you are most proud of?
- What would you change in your life, if you could?
- When was the last time you were truly happy?
- What does love mean to you?

This is the 2nd of 3 personal assessment questionnaires. In this exercise you will be answering questions that will give you insight into ‘how you view yourself‘.

- Are you willing to make changes to yourself and your life? If so, what changes would you make and why?

This is the last of 3 personal assessment questionnaires. In this exercise you will be answering questions that will give you insight into ‘how you view yourself‘.

- What have you tried to change about yourself and/or your life, but have not been able to?

- In level of importance – write 5 needs and desires.
- Name 3 beliefs you have that are very important you, and explain why.
- Name the strongest attachment you have, and why.
- What ability do you have that others recognise you by?
- What are your current goals?
- What is your vision of success in your future?

Viewing your ‘most likely Future’
Welcome to Part 3. You are now ready to view and experience your ‘most likely’ future.
In this Step you will be viewing and experiencing your ‘most likely’ future, the future you were heading towards before the New Program was activated in your life. This is the future you created by your responses to life as well as the future created for you by the old program of life. You will view the future you were headed towards – the future you have been actually living before the New Program entered in 2020.

Now that you’ve completed your mind travel experience to the memory of what was your ‘most likely’ future, you will now need to record all your observations and experiences.
This is an important step, as it will clearly define what future you are actually heading toward.

Part 4
How your Future prevents change
In this Part you will understand how the memory of what was your ‘most likely’ future has the ability to influence, or even prevent you from making the necessary changes you want, or need to make in your life. You are connected to your New Future, however if you continue to draw upon memory from your old future, your transition may not be as easy as it can be. Upon completing Steps 1 & 2 you will record your feelings, observations and experiences in your Reflection Diary.

In this next Step you will travel once again into the memory of the future that was ‘most likely’ before the New Program entered your life. You will experience the effect your old future will have on your life if you do not make change in your ‘now’ life.

Now that you’ve completed experiencing the effect of no-change in your ‘most likely’ future, you may now wish to record your observations and experiences.

Healing the Past – Creating a ‘new You’ in the ‘new Now’
In this course, you have now had 2 different occasions to view and experience your ‘most likely’ future – the future you were heading towards before the New Program was activated in your life. This Part will now allow you to heal the past, and create a ‘new you’ in the ‘new now’ to align and connect to your ‘new future’.
